Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

    • With all tags and packaging intact

    • Free from makeup, perfume, or damage

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits

  • Accessories (such as earrings, hats, or scarves)

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale


Return Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our customer support team at support@wilsonnoir.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Shipping Your Return:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider — some may take additional time to process.

  2. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@wilsonnoir.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our team within 14 days. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure your perfect fit.
